Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
For Peak Performance & Recovery
How does oxygen therapy work?
At O2 Recovery, we offer oxygen therapy, also known as hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), which is a type of treatment that involves breathing 100% pure oxygen in a pressurized chamber. This increased pressure allows your lungs to absorb more oxygen, which is then circulated throughout your body.
If you are interested in learning more about oxygen therapy, please contact us today. We would be happy to answer any questions you have and help you determine if HBOT is right for you.

Hyperbaric Chamber FAQs
What is Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)?
HBOT is a medical treatment in which a person breathes pure oxygen in a pressurized chamber.
How does HBOT work?
HBOT increases the amount of oxygen in your blood, which can help heal wounds, fight infections, and improve circulation.
What is a hyperbaric chamber?
A hyperbaric chamber is a sealed environment where air pressure is increased above normal atmospheric pressure.
This increased pressure allows the lungs to gather more oxygen than usual, which is then transported throughout the body to help heal damaged tissues.
How long is a typical HBOT session?
Session length varies depending on the treated condition but typically lasts between 30 and 120 minutes.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions required depends on the specific condition or sport that you do. Sports like cycling for example may need a session after any intense training or races.
